I visited this center three times for all three of my free services, and on each visit I raised the same issues. Every time, I was told either “the issue has been fixed” or “this is normal and cannot be fixed,” which later turned out to be incorrect. The same problems were resolved at the Tata service center in Sector 138 without any hesitation. In fact, their team proactively inspected my car and fixed an additional issue that I was not even aware of. At the Greater Noida Tata workshop, the service advisor Mr. Pradeep seemed primarily focused on pushing extended warranty purchases, while genuine vehicle concerns were not given due importance. Overall, the service quality, technical understanding, and customer focus at this workshop are far below expectations. I would not recommend this center based on my experience."

My car was kept for hours (or even days) with no proper updates, and when I got it back, the problem was still the same — sometimes even worse! Communication is poor, and it feels like they only care about charging money, not solving issues. I expected much better service from Tata, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. Highly not recommended. Please avoid this service center unless you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind."
